Account Terms
Divine Health Products Pty Ltd offers Accounts only to accredited health care professionals, therapists, beauty practitioners and selected retain outlets. Account facilities will become available upon completion of our Account Application Form and acceptance of relevant terms and conditions.
1. Pricing
Prices of goods are correct at the time of print. Divine Health Products Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the prices at any time. We will endeavour to advise all our stockists of these changes via email. All prices quoted on invoices and website, include GST.
2. Minimum Order Requirement
Divine Health Products Pty Ltd currently processes minimum orders of only five products of any size. We reserve the right to change the minimum order amount on each new calendar year.
3. Opening an Account
Customers are welcome to open up a 14 day account upon filling the electronic Account Application form provided by Divine Health Product’s Administration.
4. Account Payments
Payments accepted by cheque, direct deposit, eftpos or credit card without surcharge.
5. Tittle to the Goods
Divine Health Products retains title to all goods until they are paid in full.
6. Changes of Account Information
Changes to customer’s trading address, delivery address, contact numbers and structure of management must be advised in writing within 7 days of the change becoming effective.
7. Refrigirated Goods Policy
As we cannot guarantee weekend storage conditions at the couriers’ depot, our policy is to not send refrigerated goods over the weekend. In order for our products to retain their biologically active structure they need to be kept within temperatures below 26-28 degrees.

9. Delivery
Divine Health Products Pty Ltd will deliver any goods ordered via mail, courier or through a sales representative who will personally deliver the goods. Goods will be properly packaged, conform to their description and include an invoice. Divine Health Products will cover postage and handling costs of all minimum orders made within Australia. Orders coming from overseas will attract a further Postage a Handling Fee.
10. Delivery Liability
Ordered goods will not be delivered to POST OFFICE addresses. Divine Health Products Pty Ltd is not liable for undelivered goods, damage or theft resulting from issues relating to Australian POST or relevant Courier.
Divine Health Products Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage or theft, as a result of goods left at a designated premises at the Customer’s request.
11. Risk and Property
Risk of damage or loss of ordered goods shall pass on to the Customer upon delivery of goods by the Supplier.
12. Out of Stock Products
We make every effort to ensure product availability, however out of stock products can be an unfortunate reality. In the event of stock shortage or international freight delays, We will ship orders as soon as possible.
